Earning its namesake with a front-row position along False Creek, Marinaside Crescent is one of Vancouver’s premier residential properties. The development is home to over 200 strata residences that enjoy the waterfront along with the ease of being nestled into the heart of Yaletown.

Tasked with redesigning the two 30-year-old lobbies, Inside Design imbued the entrances with this concept of a luxury urban resort: the essence of marine-side repose in the bustling city centre.

Glazed with a full glass front, the grand entry portal welcomes its owners home, while connecting them to the stunning landscape. Inside, the sculptural concierge desk sets the stage for this coveted urban location that residents can bask in from the built-in banquette seating. The opulence of the framed marble entry is grounded by natural wood wall panels and large porcelain tile floors, ultimately bridging the seaside with the comforts of home.
